Reporting to the Head of Human Capital based in London, this role will advise and partner with leaders across NMG Consulting, with regional responsibility for our APAC offices (Australia, Singapore and Malaysia) and responsible for a Human Capital Assistant in Singapore. The position will be focused on supporting the attraction, engagement and development of our people in these regions, in addition to managing or supporting global programs such as the NMG Consulting Graduate program, leadership and talent development programs. This position will contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the Human Capital proposition and engage with the broader team to drive best practice across the NMG Group.
