The Role(s): As Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a variety of projects involving bulk earthworks, road construction & transport infrastructure (TfNSW) and more. You’ll manage all aspects of project performance — from planning and delivery through to safety, financial control, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture. Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with TfNSW and company standards. Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, reporting, and risk management. About You: You'll have experience across one or many of the below scopes of work: Bulk Earthworks and TfNSW (Transport for NSW) specifications Residential / Industrial Subdivisions Pavement Construction, Kerb and Gutter, Asphalt Stormwater Drainage & Utilities You'll have all of the below: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry. 8 years' civil engineering experience in Australia Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from tender through delivery . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or equivalent.
