About the Role The Product Manager is responsible for driving product excellence and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role is central to establishing product discipline, ensuring teams understand the strategic intent behind every initiative while managing a diverse portfolio of global B2B and B2C products with local team delivery. Requirements What a day in the life looks like? Product Strategy & Planning : Align product roadmaps and visions with business OKRs, utilizing forced ranking to ensure the team is building the right thing at the right time. Product Delivery & Execution : Manage end-to-end delivery from user-centered discovery to launch, monitoring post-release data to iterate and improve performance. Stakeholder Management & Communication : Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executives, distilling complex progress into clear, high-impact business reporting. Team Leadership & Engagement : Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring all team members understand their individual contribution to business outcomes. Process & Discipline : Manage and prioritise backlog to ensure strategic alignment and implement robust documentation standards to foster a culture of continuous improvement. About you Essential experience & skills: Skills & Competencies Exceptional Adaptive Communication: Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, from granular team discussions to executive-level reporting. Product Lifecycle Mastery: Strong understanding of development methodologies and experience establishing product management discipline and frameworks. Analytical & Data-Driven approach to decision-making with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Stakeholder Management: Experience across multiple organizational levels with a proven ability to influence without authority and build consensus in complex environments. Independent Self-Starter: Proactive with strong prioritization and initiative-taking abilities in collaborative settings.
