AOD Counsellor 2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced AOD Counsellor to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation providing vital support services within the South Hedland community. Youth and adult specific roles available. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, interventions, and clinical support for individuals with AOD dependency and dual diagnosis disorders Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, relapse prevention strategies, and case management support Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards Facilitate and participate in community engagement activities, clinical meetings, and stakeholder collaborations Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
