A major systems transformation is underway, and finance plays a central role in shaping how insight supports performance. You don't step into a Finance Analyst role just to produce reports. You do it to understand and drive performance, influence decisions, and be trusted by the business. You'll support performance, reporting and commercial insight across multiple divisions in a visible, high-impact role. You'll work closely with operational leaders, owning forecasting, dashboards, variance analysis and revenue accuracy, while helping lift business intelligence capability across the group. Your remit will include reviewing monthly performance, preparation of budgets & forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities early, producing dashboards and commentary stakeholders use, as well as providing detailed analysis, partnering with key stakeholders on business cases, and delivering clear, one-page dashboards and BI reporting that translate performance into actionable monthly insights. Who you are: You're a strong commercial thinker who can interpret results, identify drivers and turn numbers into clear actions. You're confident partnering with operational leaders, comfortable taking ownership in a newly created role, and enjoy working in an environment that's evolving and improving. You bring solid core finance fundamentals, strong reporting and analysis capability, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. At least 3 years in a similar role CA / CPA qualified or part-qualified Advanced Excel and financial modelling A natural Business Partner with clear, confident communication Strong capability in reporting, dashboards, and turning data into insights Interview Process: This is a two-stage process with first round interviews on Friday 20 th with second stage the following week.
