Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and a high level of guest satisfaction. Should be able to control and manage daily kitchen functions Ability to handle large service numbers Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes Learn and develop skills in all sections of the kitchen Ideal candidates will have: 2-5 years’ experience working as a Chef within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant. Understanding of kitchen operations in all sections Deep understanding in food and modern dining culture.
