Landscape and Greenspace Officer Harmony Early Education | Brisbane & Gold Coast At Harmony Early Education, our environments are more than just spaces. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Landscape & Greenspace Officer to maintain and enhance the outdoor environments across our centres. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in creating safe, engaging and beautiful outdoor learning spaces. About the Role Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the presentation, safety and sustainability of our outdoor environments across multiple Harmony centres. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining gardens, lawns, playgrounds and outdoor learning spaces General landscaping, mowing, pruning, mulching and weeding Minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor equipment and fixtures Ensuring all outdoor areas meet safety and compliance standards Supporting seasonal garden planning and improvement projects Liaising with Centre Leaders regarding outdoor needs Managing tools, equipment and supplies responsibly About You You are someone who: Has experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, horticulture or a similar role Takes pride in maintaining high presentation standards Is reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently Holds a current Driver’s Licence Has a strong awareness of safety and risk management Enjoys working in environments that support children and families Holds or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check in both QLD and NSW Formal qualifications in horticulture or landscaping are desirable but not essential.
