What you'll contribute to We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Advisor to support the oversight and governance of TFA’s operational risk management framework. This role plays a critical part in ensuring risks are effectively identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored across the organisation, while strengthening TFA’s resilience and risk culture. You will also support the coordination of Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs, and take a lead role in second line assurance, stress testing, and macro risk management activities. How you'll make an impact Enterprise Risk & Resilience Collaborate with business units to lead the annual Stress Test exercise and manage Macro Risk activities Contribute to maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including governance structures, policies, processes, and roles Support TFA-wide Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory, licence, and industry requirements Operational Risk & Assurance Lead Second Line of Defence controls assurance reviews across TFA Manage stakeholder engagement throughout assurance activities Ensure risks, control gaps, and remediation actions are accurately captured in the risk register Lead remediation testing of previously identified control deficiencies and provide assurance on risk mitigation Provide risk management advice and guidance to business units Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to embed risk-informed decision making Promote a positive risk culture where risk is viewed as an enabler of sustainable business outcomes Support consolidated operational and enterprise risk reporting to the Enterprise Risk Committee and Board, where required Prepare and present risk insights and key findings to the Senior Executive Team (SET), including updates to the Recession Playbook Continuous Improvement Contribute to business improvements using Kaizen methodologies Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management Your attributes Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry At least 3 years’ experience in a Second or Third Line of Defence role (preferably enterprise or operational risk) Prior experience working in the financial services industry Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and relevant industry standards Solid understanding of financial services systems, processes, and operating environments A tertiary qualification Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure design and documentation Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Working knowledge of GRC systems Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines Life at Toyota & What we offer you We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
