Your New Role Reporting to the Head of Leadership Communications & Colleague Connection, the Principal, Leadership Communications will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the Fund’s strategic ambition, fosters a high-performance culture and drives colleague engagement. Key duties include but are not limited to: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal content strategies that align directly with purpose, business objectives and the overarching vision. Oversee the design and implementation of senior leader messaging programs, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and reinforce Fund values. Leverage Fund-wide communications to help leaders tailor the messages for different audiences, while maintaining a consistent leadership voice. Ensure that leadership’s messaging is consistently communicated internally, helping foster transparency, alignment, and trust among colleagues. Motivate and inspire the team and suppliers by demonstrating commitment to the Fund’s values, decision pillars and leadership principles. Contribute both functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-Fund initiatives. Implement strong risk controls on processes, policies and systems to ensure breaches are limited; actively build and promote a team culture of compliance and risk management awareness and appreciation.
