About the role Supporting the Business Development Team, the Support Officer - Business Development is primarily responsible for driving corporate sales of Red Cross training programs and products via outbound calls, campaign follow ups, quoting, client customer service and email sales initiatives. The role is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cross sell, retention and renewal strategies along with preparing and delivering sales scripts to win client bookings for Red Cross.
