Job Title: Office Manager (Construction Services) Job Overview We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our growing construction cleaning business. You will be the bridge between our clients, site supervisors, and the cleaning crew, ensuring that schedules are tight and the business runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling: Manage the master calendar, assigning cleaning crews to various construction sites and adjusting for project delays. Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for builders and site managers; handle quotes, bookings, and follow-up inspections. Financial Admin: Manage invoicing and track outstanding payments Compliance & Safety: Maintain up-to-date records of staff White Cards, insurance, and site-specific safety inductions. Inventory Management: Order cleaning supplies and PPE, ensuring all crews are stocked for their shifts. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in Office Management or Administration, ideally within the Construction or Service industry (Highly Regarded). Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software (like Xero or MYOB). Problem-Solving: Ability to "think on your feet" when a staff member calls in sick or a site schedule changes at the last minute. Communication: Professional phone and email manner for dealing with high-level construction clients. Schedule & Salary Status: Permanent, Full-time. Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm (Aligned with site hours to ensure support for the crews). Flexibility: Occasional weekend availability for urgent project coordination. Salary: $77,500 AUD per year. Requirements Experience: 3 years in a similar role within the construction/cleaning sector (Preferred). Work Authorisation: Must have valid Australian work rights (Required). Location: In-person (Office-based).
