Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in our production process. Your key responsibilities will include: Production Programming: Manage day-to-day programming of work using industry-standard CAD and Sigmanest software. Technical Support: Assist internal Customer Service staff with technical enquiries and support customers through issues relating to programming and cutting. Collaboration: Perform various ad hoc tasks as directed to support the broader operations team. Various ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment and possess strong analytical skills. Essential: Experience using industry-standard CAD and Sigmanest software. Sound computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office. Ability to work unsupervised and organise your own workload. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Desirable: Previous experience as a Programmer for a Laser or Plasma business is highly regarded.
