About the Role Reporting into the Culinary Director, you will take ownership of all pastry, sourdough and bread production, viennoiserie and laminated dough production. The operation focuses on quality, consistency and variety, with a strong emphasis on croissants, Viennoiserie, savoury pastries, seasonal specials and continuous product development.
