The business continues to grow and diversify, and is seeking a capable Contracts Administrator who enjoys managing the financial and contractual side of multiple projects and wants to grow alongside the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts across multiple commercial construction projects Prepare and administer variations, progress claims, RFIs and project documentation Review, negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements Monitor budgets, cashflow and provide accurate cost reporting Oversee procurement, purchase orders and supplier engagement Liaise with builders, consultants, suppliers and internal site teams Skills & Experience: 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within construction Strong understanding of contracts, compliance and commercial reporting Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost control Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills Qualification in Construction Management highly regarded Benefits & Perks: Salary up to $140K Super (depending on experience) Long-term career progression within a growing commercial contractor Exposure to major commercial projects across Victoria Supportive, professional team environment Stable workload with a strong forward pipeline About the Company: This well-established commercial plastering contractor delivers high-quality outcomes across a range of commercial projects throughout Victoria.
