Location: 26 Coominya Connection Road, Coominya QLD 4311 Employment Type: Permanent THE ROLE: To support and monitor training processes and procedures by tutoring team members, ensuring learning activities are followed consistently, providing guidance and feedback, identifying training gaps, and supporting continuous improvement in team capability and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support a positive learning culture across the workplace. Deliver structured, role specific on the job training aligned to approved work instructions and procedures. Observe team members performing tasks to verify competency using approved assessment tools/checklists Deliver training segment of site induction and orientation. Complete data entry for training related paperwork (Work instructions/assessments, toolbox talks, licences and compliance training etc.) Reinforce safe work practices and food safety requirements during training (Ensure team members understand hazards and good manufacturing processes) Support new team members during their initial learning period and participate in scheduled check-ins (7,30,60 & 90 days) to provide feedback on progress, confidence and additional training needs. Assist in the updating/creation of work instructions (If required) Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site Attend Organisational Development team meetings Keep training records up to date at all times ABOUT YOU: Effective verbal & written communication Active listening Training experience in a similar environment Strong knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, Able to work independently and collaboratively.
