Actively recruiting for a hands-on IT Specialist working in a national law firm. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all technology issues, supporting office-based and site teams across hardware, software, and network systems. You’ll provide end-to-end support across the firm, managing day-to-day IT requests, troubleshooting issues, and escalating where required. This is a visible, user-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced professional services environment. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities including desktop and laptop support, Microsoft 365, user access, printers, AV/meeting rooms, and basic network troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and service delivery.
