An established luxury travel business with an international footprint is expanding its presence across Australia and New Zealand and is seeking a Sales Manager to represent a premium collection of hotel and hospitality experiences within the travel trade. Why this role? This is a field-based, relationship-led sales role, not a desk job. You’ll spend your time meeting with high-end travel advisors, hosting curated events, educating the market and driving bookings through trusted, long-term partnerships. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, supported by a collaborative local team and a broader global network, in an environment that values credibility, quality and relationships over volume. What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury travel agents and industry partners; Promoting and selling premium hospitality experiences through sales calls, events and market education; Influencing preference and driving bookings within the travel trade; Hosting agents and attending industry events as a brand representative; Collaborating with tourism bodies, airline partners and internal stakeholders; Managing sales activity, CRM updates and reporting; and Staying across market trends, outbound travel demand and competitor activity. This will suit you if you… Have 5 years’ experience in luxury travel, hospitality or B2B/trade-facing sales; Already hold strong relationships within the luxury travel ecosystem; Are polished, personable and confident engaging senior clients; Love travel and are comfortable being on the road, with occasional international travel; and Enjoy autonomy and take pride in representing premium brands.
