About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Optical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple optical stores across NSW. This role requires strong optical retail experience, operational expertise, and leadership skills to drive commercial results and deliver a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
