With an emphasis on European design and sustainable solutions they are leaders in providing custom finishes for both residential and commercial interiors. The Role Working in this newly created role you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager as well as project coordination and scheduling, general administration and customer service and basic accounts. Your focus will be to ensure the smooth delivery of flooring projects from order to installation and completion. The Duties Some of your actual duties will include Diary management Preparing customer emails and correspondence Ensuring tasks are followed up and timelines met Assist with scheduling and monitoring project activities Track and report of project deliverables Act as the key point of contact for customers Schedule deliveries Manage stock availability and allocation for projects Prepare invoices and prepare reports accordingly Assist with showroom sales and enquiries Other duties as required The Requirements To be successful for this role you must possess Strong proven experience in a similar role with understanding of project timelines and scheduling Strong numeracy skills with experience in basic accounting Exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills The ability to work independently, coupled with a strong sense of initiative and problem solving The Process To apply for this role please click ‘Apply Now’ or alternatively for further information please contact Linda on 03 9553 4436 or email linda@ellebelle.com.au
