About the Role We are seeking a Drafter (Switchboard Manufacturing) with a collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset. The role requires someone who thrives in a team environment, embraces continuous improvement, and is confident in leading design teams and delivering high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking drafting for custom and modular switchboards and switch rooms. Support Project Managers with project documentation. Work with purchasing team to manage procurement of materials and equipment. Support Workshop teams with manufacturing technical queries. Work within approved budgets and programmes to maintain scheduling.
