We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Bar Manager will be responisbile for, but not limited to, writing rosters, ordering stock, training staff, leading the team during service, delgating prep and batching tasks, stocktakes, etc.,
It is a typical management role, where you would be joining a leadership team who are all highly experienced in beverage.
We are rebranding an iconic waterfront venue to draw a more sopisicated drinking crowd, and you will be a key player in this.
With this role, we are looking for the right personality, not just experience.
