About The Opportunity Programmed is seeking an experienced part time (0.6-0.8 FTE) Injury and Claims Specialist to join our Injury Management team. Reporting to the Group Self-Insurance Manager, this role offers the opportunity to thrive and expand your skills within a high-performing, close-knit team based at our Underdale office. You will be responsible for end-to-end injury and claims management functions for workers compensation claims for Programmed employees in SA. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims end to end ensuring strict adherence to legislative requirements Determining liability and entitlements in line with the relevant timeframes Collaborating closely with employees and key stakeholders, including Doctors, Allied Health professionals, Solicitors, WHS Manager, HR team, Branch, State, and General Managers Developing, implementing, and supporting employees with recovery and return to work plans Striving for safe and sustainable return to work outcomes Communicating claim outcomes and providing necessary updates to internal stakeholders and injured employees Maintaining accurate and confidential work injury claims files in accordance with agreed case management principles About You To be successful in this role , you will have experience in workers compensation, claims management and injury management.
