About the role Permanent full time opportunity to lead the delivery of high-level advice and responsive assessment and investigation services relating to suspected corrupt conduct, public interest disclosures (PIDs) and other staff integrity and ethical matters in line with the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 and the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide strategic leadership on ethical issues and specialist advice to Executive Directors and Chief Professional Officers across MNH to support the management of complex human resource matters. Lead Metro North's strategy to enhance its approach to ethical and professional standards including the development of appropriate policies, procedures and capability building. Provide expert advice and awareness to MNH Executive Leadership and managers in relation to suspected corrupt conduct assessments and investigations; and criminal complaints which may be complex, sensitive, contentious, or likely to attract public attention. Establish and effectively maintain collaborative business relationships and partnerships, with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that MNH activities are integrated, productive and opportunities to leverage and share are fully exploited.
