About the Role In this role you will create systems to sustain high quality delivery for children, young people and families (Leader of Leaders) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Oversee and manage the provision of a Digital Projects Delivery Office function and services to support the delivery of large scale, complex IM/ICT programs and projects, and ensure programs and projects use consistent approaches to governance, in-line with CHQ and Queensland Health processes. Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of appropriate program and project management processes, methods, and tools, to ensure quality outcomes are delivered. Manage the program budget holistically across a shared resourcing model, optimising allocation of resources and funding across programs.
