We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence. As part of the Service Development Branch, you are responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Forensic Intervention Services by identifying, designing, leading and implementing the research and evaluation frameworks that support the clinical service delivery models of Forensic Intervention Services. In addition to compelling work, we offer: flexible work options mental health and wellbeing support annual leadership forums and conferences professional registration funding relocation allowances for eligible candidates What you'll do As the Senior Clinical Project Lead working in the Clinical Projects team, you will: Lead and mentor a small team that drives and implements the research and evaluation frameworks that support the clinical service delivery models. Ongoing improvements to the research and evaluation frameworks, standards and guidance to support the effective and consistent delivery of interventions to service users across Victoria. Proactively manage the development and implementation of a range of complex projects and evaluations relating to program development and process changes within Forensic Intervention Services. Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Principal Clinicians, Practice and clinical staff across the State to support the ongoing development and maintenance of internal research groups and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the Manager, Service Development and Clinical Director, Forensic Intervention Services to drive a proactive and strategic research and evaluation agenda to build internal evidence-based knowledge of the impact of therapeutic interventions. Identify, analyse, develop responses to and provide high level authoritative advice senior executives in relation to research and evaluation outcomes and to inform any future changes in the clinical service delivery across the State. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in managing complex research and evaluation processes within complex service systems. Demonstrated ability to analyse and triangulate a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative data sources to elicit evaluation findings and recommendations that inform decision makers and support continuous improvement with Forensic Intervention Services practices, processes and programs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop fit for purpose outputs that effectively communicate with intended audience. High-level stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to engage, negotiate and influence a diverse stakeholder group on research and evaluation projects. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
