Employment Lawyer - Senior Associate Level Busy Practice | Genuine Flexibility | Family‑Friendly Firm The details An established commercial firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer (Advanced Associate or Senior Associate level) to step into a thriving practice working closely with a Partner and Associate. The team advises a broad range of employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters. You'll work across compliance with workplace legislation, privacy obligations, employment and contractor agreements, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, employee entitlements, and commercial disputes connected to workplace law. You'll also draft employment contracts, workplace policies and manuals, and support clients through performance management, terminations, redundancies and workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment and bullying. The role is broad The practice has a strong disputes component. You'll act in mediations, conciliations and compulsory conferences, and defend claims including discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair dismissal, general protections and bullying matters across the Fair Work Commission, VEOHRC, AHREOC and federal and Victorian courts and tribunals.
