In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of the full operational facility – overseeing everything from production and warehousing to scheduling, transport logistics, and delivery. What’s on offer: A chance to lead a team and make tangible improvements across operational functions for the branch Diverse responsibilities across inventory, maintenance, production, and logistics Play a key role in ensuring top-tier customer service and delivery efficiency Contribute to our mission of ensuring every customer Never Runs Out Key Responsibilities: Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations across production, warehousing, transport and scheduling Lead toolbox meetings and ensure strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Support staff management, rostering, and performance tracking Production & Inventory Management Coordinate AdBlue® production, ensuring quality, volume, and compliance Manage plant maintenance, batch testing, and reporting against KPI targets Oversee incoming and outgoing products, purchasing, and inventory control Scheduling & Delivery Schedule and dispatch local/interstate deliveries in line with customer expectations Use internal systems (NowGO, Exonet, ECOTrack) to manage GPS tracking, run sheets, and compliance Monitor driver hours and maintain fatigue management standards Customer Service Liaise with internal and external contacts to align deliveries with expectations Handle issues proactively to maintain strong customer relationships Support a customer-first culture that upholds our delivery guarantee What you’ll bring: Experience & Skills 5 years’ experience in operations, logistics or a similar supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with plant operations and maintenance Experience with scheduling, bulk transport logistics, and customer service delivery Sound understanding of national transport regulations, driver fatigue management, and safety compliance Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Exonet, NowGo, and ECOTrack desirable If you match our current requirements and believe you are well suited to our position, please send through an updated copy of your CV into us today.
