Manage a varied portfolio across retail and commercial assets. Act as the key contact for owners and tenants, fostering strong, lasting relationships. Oversee lease administration, renewals and compliance requirements. Conduct property inspections and manage arrears. Coordinate maintenance, purchase orders and contractor activity. Prepare reports and assist with presentations for ownership groups.
