About your new Role: As the Senior Manager, Region Growth, you’ll step into a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving organic membership growth across key regions. You’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary team, shape a high‑performing sales culture, and build influential relationships with members, employers, and stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where your ability to coach, inspire, and strengthen partnerships will directly impact the fund’s growth, retention outcomes, and regional presence. Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver strong growth, retention and engagement outcomes. Build trusted, influential relationships with members, employers, stakeholders and internal leaders. Drive a high‑performance sales culture and support the development of growth and retention strategies. Oversee regional sales activity and be accountable for membership growth, referrals and retention targets. Develop and manage regional sales and relationship plans, including segmentation and targeted strategies. Use data, KPIs and insights to guide decision‑making and optimise sales delivery across regions. Represent the fund across assigned regions, strengthening brand presence and member intimacy. Collaborate with leaders and supporting functions to enable effective sales execution and growth initiatives. Provide hands‑on coaching, capability uplift and performance management for your team. Champion strong governance, compliance and risk practices within the regional sales environment. About You: You’re an experienced and hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You bring a strong track record in driving growth, building high‑performing teams, and developing trusted relationships with members, employers and stakeholders. Demonstrated success driving growth, retention or sales outcomes in a regulated environment.
