Job Description As a Senior Associate, you’ll be a key leader in our Brisbane studio shaping both design and our people. You’ll play a hands-on role in: Driving design dialogue, design reviews and culture within both complex high value projects and the studio Leading the design narrative and response for a significant design project in either Health, Urban Transport or Education & Science, guiding it from concept through to delivery Creating design clarity across complex briefs and collaborating with clients to drive high-impact outcomes Mentoring and developing design talent within the studio coaching others, sharing knowledge, and helping grow future design leaders Role-modelling design leadership, championing sustainable, regenerative, inclusive and innovative design approaches
