Job Description The Role Reporting to the Insurance Sales and Service Manager, you will provide a broad range of insurance services to customers through inbound and outbound telephone contact. Utilise your customer service and sales skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assistance with administrative functions will also be an element of the role on an as needs basis. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Quoting and selling a broad range of insurance products Assisting customers to make informed decisions by explaining the features and benefits of the various products Processing a wide variety of service requests on existing business Responding to general enquiries Liaising with insurance providers as required
