Your work ensures accurate data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting—supporting a team that makes life‑changing impacts for young people and their families. In this role, you will: Maintain accurate, high‑quality data, including client information, allocations, caseloads, and activity records Monitor data integrity and support improvements in accuracy and consistency Create and deliver reports for internal use and funding bodies Produce data insights that support service performance and continuous improvement Provide administrative support, including agendas, minutes, document preparation, communication, and coordination Support workflow and process improvements, contributing to streamlined and efficient program operations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders Who we’re looking for You’re someone who is organised, thoughtful, and comfortable working with data and systems.
