Berkeley River Lodge, located in Berkeley River WA 6740, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accommodation Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facility to ensure smooth and efficient service Coordinating front office, housekeeping and guest services activities Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes and guest enquiries Monitoring standards of cleanliness, presentation and maintenance across the property Assisting with staff supervision, rostering and basic training activities Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and operational procedures About you: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in accommodation or hospitality management Sound knowledge of accommodation operations, guest services and administrative procedures Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote hospitality environment Understanding of workplace safety, hygiene standards and compliance requirements Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
