About your new Role: As the Senior Manager, Product Propositions and Development, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the fund’s superannuation and retirement product suite. This position is responsible for designing, developing and evolving market‑leading, member‑centric product propositions that are commercially sustainable, operationally sound and aligned with regulatory expectations. You’ll translate strategy, member insights and legislative change into clear, actionable product solutions, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful outcomes for members. Leading the design and development of product propositions across accumulation and retirement portfolios Creating competitive new products and major enhancements that deliver strong member value Applying member insights, research and data to inform product design and prioritisation Proactively identify, assess and manage product risks, ensuring compliance and strong governance throughout the design process Translating regulatory and strategic change into practical, implementable product solutions Collaborating with technology, operations and delivery teams to ensure scalable and efficient execution Overseeing end‑to‑end product launch readiness, including legal, operational and communication requirements Acting as a senior subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor across the organisation Influencing senior stakeholders through clear, evidence‑based recommendations Embedding member outcomes, equity and accessibility into every stage of product design About You: You’re a strategic, commercially minded product leader who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments. You bring a blend of strong relationship skills, sound judgement and deep superannuation expertise, enabling you to influence at senior levels while keeping member outcomes at the heart of every decision.
