With a strong focus on asset performance and tenant experience, this organisation moves quickly, invests in its people, and empowers property professionals to make real commercial impact across a growing portfolio. your role You’ll take full ownership of a diverse commercial and retail portfolio, driving performance and outcomes across your assets: Manage assets end-to-end with real autonomy to lift standards and performance. Oversee the full lease lifecycle including negotiations, renewals and documentation. Coordinate tenant fit-outs and improvement works. Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance, maintenance and operational efficiency. Monitor rentals and outgoings and manage landlord obligations. Build strong, commercial relationships with tenants and partners. Ensure property operations align with broader business objectives. your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Experience managing commercial and retail property portfolios. Strong knowledge of retail lease legislation and lease administration. Confidence negotiating and interpreting complex lease documentation.
