About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to manage day-to-day quality control activities across production, testing, and manufacturing documentation. This hands-on role supports the QA Manager and works closely with production teams and Customer Service to ensure all products and documentation meet internal procedures, customer specifications, and applicable standards If you enjoy being on the floor, getting into the detail, and ensuring work is done right the first time, this role will suit you. Key Responsibilities Inspect manufactured products and outgoing shipments Prepare and review Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) for accuracy and compliance Conduct inspections, manage non-conformance reports, and support root cause analysis Collaborate with workshop teams and Customer Service to ensure quality and traceability Support audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with WHS and quality standards Skills & Experience Essential: Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience preparing and reviewing MDRs or similar quality documentation Exposure to ISO 9001 systems and documentation requirements Desirable: Experience working in NATA-accredited or highly regulated environments Exposure to audits and continuous improvement frameworks What We Offer Base Salary of $75,000 Super Stable, long-term role with consistent workloads Supportive team and modern, well-equipped workplace Opportunities for career growth, training, and additional certifications Apply now to be part of a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
