Position Purpose: As a Strata Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Strata Manager in effectively managing strata schemes. Your responsibilities will revolve around administrative tasks related to financial, legal, risk, insurance, compliance, maintenance, and project aspects of strata management. Key Responsibilities: Respond to levy and notice inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid levies Prepare meeting documents, agendas, and minutes Schedule and attend Strata Manager meetings and client meetings as needed Coordinate maintenance tasks, liaising with managers and contractors. Update accurate building records, including SMATA uploads and archiving Review owner and occupant applications for by-law compliance Collaborate with the Strata Manager to ensure legal adherence Provide excellent customer service to lot owners, addressing inquiries Compile meeting packs, reports, and minutes for strata meetings Qualifications and Experience: Certificate IV in Strata Community Management Certificate of Registration 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Strata Manager or in a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in IT systems and property-related software Experience in property, real estate, or administration is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Behaviors and Attributes: Demonstrates alignment with company values Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Balances personal and work life effectively Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo Flexible, practical, and confident decision-maker Displays humility and genuine care for others Why Join Us?
