Physiotherapist – Community Aged Care | Melbourne $75,000 – $100,000 Super (dependent on experience) I am currently partnering with a well-established and growing community-based aged care provider in Melbourne who is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their team, multiple roles on offer across the Northern, Eastern and South-Eastern Suburbs. This role focuses on supporting older adults living in the community , helping them maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. About the role You will work autonomously in the community while being supported by a collaborative and values-driven team. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in community settings Developing individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans Delivering evidence-based interventions, including: Manual therapy Therapeutic exercise programs Pain management strategies Injury recovery and rehabilitation Neurological and respiratory rehabilitation Education and prevention strategies Ongoing reassessment and progression of treatment plans Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders Why consider this opportunity?
