My client is needing a Payroll Officer to manage their payroll in a stand alone, end to end capacity. Located in Norman Park, this role will see you working 3 days per week, and on quiet days assisting with Accounts work. On a day to day basis, this role will involve: Processing weekly payroll using Definitiv Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation and industrial relations obligations Entering new starters, terminations Maintenance of payroll system and any upgrades Liaising with staff on payroll related enquiries Ensure Definitiv is kept up to date with any changes in Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts or legislation Preparing requested reports for management and finance teams To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent payroll knowledge - Definitiv experience would be advantageous, but is not essential Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills A good team player Ability to manage competing deadlines Salary: Up to $100k plus Super FTE If you would like to apply for this role, press on the apply button, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Celine Guillot on 0415 345 587.
