The Assistant Director, Attraction leads and implements the strategic direction on how best to attract high quality educators to Northern Territory Government schools. Leading a small team, the roles drives a data-informed and systematic approach to talent attraction, delivering innovative initiatives that position the department as an employer of choice by strengthening brand awareness, building engaged talent pipelines and increasing job applications across all regions of the Territory.
