About the Program This 12‑month program provides a structured blend of clinical experience and theoretical learning to help graduates develop into skilled, reflective practitioners. Graduates will rotate through a variety of clinical areas, gaining exposure to a broad scope of practice, including: Acute Care Aged Care (Glenarm) District Nursing & Theatre A 4‑week elective rotation at the end of the program in your preferred clinical area The program is designed to: Support the transition from undergraduate learning to real‑world clinical practice Encourage evidence‑based decision making Foster confidence, independence, and strong professional identity Provide a supportive environment where graduates feel comfortable seeking guidance About You We are seeking motivated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurses who are ready to begin their professional journey in a supportive rural health environment.
