This role involves managing travel and expense processes, coordinating front-of-house activities, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with events and merchandise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities Manage travel arrangements and expense processing for members of the senior leadership team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of expense reports Coordinate Sydney office and reception duties, including overseeing catering, food orders, stationery, meeting and visit coordination, deliveries, first aid officer, first point of contact and liaison with landlord and building. Organize and support Lunch & Learn sessions Assist with scheduling and logistics for staff training programs Order and maintain promotional merchandise and office supplies Collaborate with the team to plan and execute internal and client-facing events across ANZ and SEA regions Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience, including previous experience in administrative or office coordination roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense/travel management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Gordon Brothers offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and incentive plan, expense allowance, superannuation, time off benefits, and more.
