You will be working to deliver amazing results for both finding & hiring amazing new talent. This is a role focused on sourcing, delivering amazing candidates into the recruitment pipeline for a leading SaaS client. Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver, will be what makes you successful in this role. Typical activities all hang off your main goals of sourcing fantastic go-to-market candidates whilst delivering a rock star client experience and equally awesome candidate experience – enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent. You'll be working as an extension of the in-house team and using your deep sourcing skills to search for and engage the best candidates for your assigned roles, then handing over your qualified candidates to the assigned recruiter to take them forward in the process. Typical activities include: Creating & gaining buy-in for your sourcing strategy to deliver exceptional candidates Building strong relationships with your team Directly sourcing and headhunting talent that meets the requirements of the role Screening applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people Manage entire candidates experience from start to finish Role Requirements Finding new candidates and promoting roles to them – looking under every digital rock available to actively hunt out talent others just can’t find APAC-wide hiring experience is critical Being knowledgeable about company & roles offered by the client’s business Utilising and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system Writing updates and analysing relevant business and market data Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business Skills & Experience Proven success in a Sourcer or similar recruitment role Start-up/scale-up environment sourcing on a multi-national basis would be a distinct advantage Deep passion for hands on recruitment and keen sourcing capability Charisma – in this role your charm and winning personality will be a huge factor in your success Excellent written and verbal communication skills ATS & sourcing tools usage experience (platforms not important) Problem-solving capability Self-motivated approach Teamwork – little room in a growing company for ‘lone wolves’ and in this role ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key A bit about us… Join Talent is a great place to be.
