We’re now seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager , playing a key role in shaping and delivering customer‑centric, data‑driven digital products across Mirvac’s digital ecosystem. The Opportunity As Digital Product Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products — from vision and strategy through to delivery and continuous optimisation. Working closely with business leaders, architects, designers, delivery teams and external partners, you’ll translate customer and business needs into impactful digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll also play an important role in advancing Mirvac’s digital maturity by championing best‑practice product management and contributing to a centre of excellence across Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to co‑create and deliver a clear digital product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to organisational objectives Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through to launch and ongoing optimisation Define and deliver data‑driven and AI‑enabled digital products, embedding analytics and automation to drive measurable business value Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, UX/UI, architecture, delivery teams and external partners Gather, prioritise and translate customer and business requirements into features, user stories and backlog priorities Analyse product performance using data and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation Proactively influence and engage senior stakeholders through workshops, updates and presentations Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues across the product lifecycle Stay across emerging digital and AI trends relevant to property, construction and real estate Contribute thought leadership and support the uplift of product management capability across the organisation About You You’re a confident, commercially minded digital product professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys collaborating across diverse teams.
