About the Role We are seeking an experienced and forward thinking academic to lead the Early Years program within the School of Education. This is an exciting opportunity to drive curriculum innovation, coordinate and teach subjects within the Bachelor of Education – The Early Years, and contribute to impactful research in the field. The successful candidate will provide strategic academic leadership, supervise research students, and work closely with the Professional Experience team to ensure high quality placement experiences. A strong commitment to community engagement, professional development, and student support is essential. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing early childhood education through excellence in teaching, research, and service.
