If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a proactive Retail Coordinator to support our Centre Manager and wider team in delivering an outstanding retail experience across the centre. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our retailers succeed — from onboarding new stores to supporting daily operations, coordinating communications, and contributing to an engaged, high performing retail community. What You’ll Be Doing Retail Coordination Support the onboarding of new retailers, helping them feel welcome and informed. Work closely with store managers to resolve operational issues and ensure centre policies are met. Act as a key communication link between centre management and retailers. Manage storage licences . Customer Service & Experience Monitor and respond to customer or retailer concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in delivering centre wide initiatives, events, and promotions that enhance the shopper experience. Operational Support Conduct regular inspections to ensure stores meet operational and presentation standards. Support visual merchandising initiatives across the centre when . Assist with stock and inventory processes for common areas as applicable. Reporting & Administration Prepare reports on retail performance, tenant feedback, and other analytics. Maintain accurate records — including tenancy documents, maintenance requests, and operational data. Contribute to budget preparation and financial reporting for retail operations. Retailer Engagement Build strong, positive relationships with retailers, ensuring they feel supported and connected. Organise regular retailer meetings to share updates, gather insights, and discuss opportunities. Who You’ll Work With Centre Manager & Operations Team Centre Retailers Centre Management Team What You’ll Bring Experience Previous administrative experience — ideally within retail, customer service, or a similar environment. Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with JD Edwards is a bonus. Skills & Knowledge A basic understanding of retail fundamentals, leases or legislation. Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with a genuine customer first approach. Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Adaptability, positivity, and a team focused mindset. Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Basic financial acumen and an understanding of how centres operate commercially. Capabilities Collaborative approach and asset focused mindset. Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
