The Role We are seeking a GIS (Geographic Information System) & ETL Specialist to join a high‑performing spatial delivery team. This role is ideal for someone early in their GIS career who enjoys working hands‑on with spatial data and wants to grow into a broader consulting or solution design role. You will contribute to the design, build, and support of GIS and ETL solutions used by clients across a range of industries. Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand spatial data, workflows, and technical requirements • Design, build, and support GIS solutions including maps, web applications, dashboards, and spatial services • Configure and maintain ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise environments • Develop and maintain ETL workflows using FME for data integration, automation, validation, and transformation • Troubleshoot GIS and ETL issues and provide technical support to delivery teams Key Experience 2–5 years’ hands‑on experience working with spatial data in a technical role • Strong experience with Esri GIS technologies (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise); QGIS exposure is beneficial • Practical experience building or supporting ETL processes , ideally using FME • Understanding of spatial data models and formats (File/Enterprise GDB, PostGIS, CAD, feature services) • Basic scripting experience in Python / ArcPy , or a strong willingness to learn • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders Desirable Experience Esri and/or FME certifications (or willingness to obtain) • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Experience installing or supporting enterprise GIS environments • Interest in automation, GeoAI, CAD/BIM integration, or emerging spatial technologies How to apply: If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link to be considered.
