Solar PV & Battery Installer Assistant Core Talent are currently supporting a leading Solar & Battery business in Perth who are going from strength to strength in both the residential and commercial renewable energy sector. We’re looking for a Solar PV Installer to help with the physical installation of solar panels, battery systems and mounting systems across Perth, Western Australia. This role is all about the manual side of solar installs: lifting panels, installing rails, and working alongside electricians who handle the electrical work. What You’ll Be Doing Installing solar panels on roofs or ground-mount systems Putting together and fixing rails, clamps, and mounting hardware Lifting and positioning panels safely Helping set out panel layouts and keep installs neat Using hand and power tools Working at heights with the right safety gear What We’re Looking For Experience in solar, roofing, construction, or general labouring Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Can use basic tools or keen to learn Reliable, positive attitude, and good with teamwork The Package $38 Per Hour 1.5 time after 8 hours Double time after 10 hours Installation incentive scheme
