About The Role The Process and Cost Excellence Manager works collaboratively across the Aftermarket business unit, internally known as Peace of Mind (PoM), reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes to drive efficiency, improvements and to lower overall costs. The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, identify and drive improvements in system processes and governance, improving cross functional team alignment, within the framework of championing operational excellence and driving a remarkable consumer experience. What You’ll Do Identify opportunities for cross functional process improvements with the goal of designing processes that drive efficiencies in our ways of working, improved visibility of business performance and remarkable consumer experiences. Analysis of PoM KPIs and operational data to identify improvement areas. Support initiatives to improve response times, internal and external metrics, and the reduction of warranty related costs. Take a leadership role within PoM and the broader business driving positive change management principles to maintain effective business processes and tools. Design, document and participate in the implementation of scalable processes and SOPs that drive consistency, efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage projects made up of cross functional teams to implement new internal and external processes and tools assuring successful implementation and on time completion of projects. Who You Are 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and process management roles Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma) Strategic orientation and financial awareness Customer centric focus: ability to align CI initiatives with aftermarket customer needs and service excellence standards Analytical: With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you are proficient in metrics and reporting tools, and you can also translate this into meaningful, practical information that informs decision-making Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate issues before they arise and work proactively to find solutions. Strong Communicator: Whether you’re liaising with internal or external stakeholders, you excel at conveying clear, concise, and actionable information.
