Key duties and responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and deliver technology training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences. Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules. Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements. Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices in adult learning. Training Service Managers found suitable will be required to hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work. Essential criteria 1.1. Training Delivery Expertise o Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences. 2.2. Technical Knowledge o Strong understanding of relevant software, systems, and digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. 3.3. Instructional Design Skills o Ability to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content. 4.4. Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions. o Experience collaborating with business units to identify training needs and measure effectiveness. 5.5. Adaptability and Problem-Solving o Capability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions. 6.6. Continuous Learning o Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in adult learning.
